E-mails for which quarantine settings of the CISS filter, the virus scanner or the spam finder apply are not delivered but listed in the corresponding queues.
These can be deleted or delivered by right-clicking.
Only the administrator can view the virus queue and download e-mails from the virus quarantine in zip format for further checking.
If an e-mail from the virus quarantine that was addressed to several recipients is released (delivered), all recipients receive the released e-mail.
Queues can also be searched
By clicking on the columns (e.g. size), the display is sorted according to the column.
The Spamfinder queue shows the filter responsible for the quarantine in the "Filter" column.
